Here is Max when he was in hospital. Max is 6 years old and lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
Max has broken his leg and will be in a wheelchair for 6 weeks! He can't come to school so he is using this blog to do his school work. Miss Thomas (his teacher) will be able to check his work and leave him comments. He might even get some comments from his friends and his family!

Max, you have made a great list of fabrics and fibres - well done!! I like that you wrote your cast down as a fibre - do you think you could find out what it is made of and write a post to tell us? Your mum might know or you could ask the doctor. It would be really interesting for the class if you told us how they make the cast on your leg...
